As this year comes to an end, I want to pause for a moment of gratitude.
This year was not always easy. It was a unique year, and it asked a lot from all of us: resilience, patience, trust, companionship, and compassion. And yet, again and again, I saw something powerful. People choosing to show up for one another. People going beyond what was expected to offer a friendly hand.
To our team of coordinators, volunteers, partners, donors, and everyone who believes in our mission, thank you! Your commitment, care, and courage made it possible to support people when they needed it most. Because of you, hope was not just a word, but something real, lived, and felt. Because of you, we could help so many people from all over the world.
Every conversation, every hour given, every act of solidarity mattered. Together, we built bridges where there were gaps and offered light where things felt uncertain. Even when finding a “solution” was very hard, the fact that we held hands with one another brought hope to places where doubt and fear were present.
I am deeply grateful to walk this path with you.
Let’s keep walking together in 2026.
