Samen aan de Slag
Road of Hope is proud to be part of the Samen aan de Slag cooperative in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. This unique partnership brings together local organisations that support residents who want to become more active in society. Through a life-coaching approach—focused on each person’s unique environment and circumstances—Samen aan de Slag helps individuals take meaningful steps toward participation, whether through paid or voluntary work.
As a member, Road of Hope contributes by guiding and equipping refugees to find their place in the local labour market in New West Amsterdam. We believe in empowering people to build independent and fulfilling lives, and our work within the cooperative strengthens this mission. Each member organisation brings its own expertise, and together we collaborate closely with the municipality, employers, and social partners.
