Breath of Hope starts its new cycle

On September 2nd, a new cycle of Breath of Hope will begin; a programme dedicated to the empowerment of women in refugee communities. Through meetings and workshops covering various areas of social and professional development, Breath of Hope aims to empower women to take up leadership positions for the benefit of their sense of autonomy, self-worth and independence.

Now in a new location in Slotervaart, the regular meetings will take place every Thursday, from 10-11:30am. The face-to-face meetings offer a safe environment in which to increase mutual support and provide moments for reflecting on experiences and feelings through various activities.

In addition to the face-to-face meetings, Breath of Hope will maintain virtual meetings, which will resume as of September 31.
