Ondernemerschap Project Wraps Up with Certificate Ceremony and Inspiring Business Pitches

The Ondernemerschap project successfully concluded its second cycle of 2024 with a special certificates presentation event. All participants who completed the program received a certificate of participation, recognizing their dedication and hard work throughout the course. The event was made even more special as one of the participants, a lady from Yemen who dreams of starting her own catering business selling food from her country, prepared a delicious lunch for everyone. Partner organizations were also invited to join the morning celebration.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to present their business ideas to the group, showcasing their growth and development over the course. They demonstrated significant progress in their entrepreneurial journeys and personal development, with noticeable improvements in their confidence and motivation levels compared to when they first joined the program. “Everyone was very enthusiastic and happy with how the project ended. The facilitator did a great job keeping the group engaged and motivated,” said project coordinator Tatev Pardjinjan.

Participants of the course received certificates from the experienced entrepreneurs Willem and Wouter.

This cycle welcomed 12 participants from diverse backgrounds, including Syrian, Egyptian, Surinamese, and Dutch. Their presence added a rich cultural exchange and a unique blend of ideas to the program.

A heartfelt thank you goes to all participants and to our amazing facilitators, Willem de Wijs & Wouter van Rooijen, who volunteered their time as facilitators and for their invaluable guidance! Their insights and encouragement played a crucial role in supporting the participants, helping them gain valuable knowledge and confidence to take their business ideas further.
